I'm Vlad Tudor — an AI engineer and tech entrepreneur. I've been building AI systems since before ChatGPT made it fashionable: training models for image detection and speech understanding when large language models weren't yet mainstream, and for the last three years building LLM-based agents, assistants, and knowledge systems.
I founded Sapio AI, an AI studio that has delivered 11+ commercial and social projects evaluated in the millions of euros. I've led architecture as a startup CTO and advised an international AI company. Along the way I built the most performant Romanian speech-to-text model of its time, and one of the world's first ChatGPT-based support systems.
I also created ai-aflat.ro — a free AI assistant for Romanian legislation, trained on 200,000+ legal acts and used by ~15,000 people with zero marketing budget. It grew entirely by word of mouth: the kind of organic, judgment-led growth I help others find.
I've spent four years teaching at Politehnica University of Bucharest and years mentoring people into tech. Coaching on technology is what I already do — this simply makes it something you can book. My mission is plain: build technology that brings out the best of our humanity.
